Safety, Efficiency, and Service drove design of this 38,566 SF, 145-bed facility that maximizes inmate separation, observation, and services. The 32-bed female inmate area wraps the control room and allows the jailer to observe the female housing cells, outdoor exercise, and visitation space. At the other end of the facility, the male pod area consists of 114 beds broken into dormitory, multiple occupancy, and separation cell housing. A single jailer located in the Elevated Staff Position (ESP) can observe male inmates and their outdoor exercise and multi-purpose room.
